Overview
I specialized in innovation projects for international companies and corporations like SAP, Aleph Alpha, Merck, ZDF, Deutsche Telekom. My focus is on creating innovative concepts for Business Software, AI and Big Data UIs.
I conduct User Research, Testing and Prototyping to develop appealing digital solutions. My approach includes Co-Creation Workshops with end-users and stakeholders, applying a Design Thinking mindset to drive user-centered innovation.
As UX Designer in agile projects (SCRUM), I work in teams supporting the through iterative design and development.
With extensive experience across various industries, including healthcare and life sciences, telecommunications, public sector (ministries, defense), and aerospace, I bring my expertise and enthusiasm to each project.
UX Design AI Contract Compliance Checker
Aleph Alpha & pwc
Creance is an AI-powered compliance checker. It automates the validation of mostly ICT contracts against EU DORA Article requirements, saving enterprises time and resources by quickly checking hundreds of contracts.
I was the responsible UX Designer for concept, Design and co-creation sessions with pwc and other stakeholders.

UX Design Analytics Platform
Merck
Analytics platform used by statisticians and developers to create internal analyses and process external submissions for clinical studies.
UX Design for the initial concept, conducted user research and validation loops for the new application.
Additionally, I redesigned and optimized several Palantir Tableau dashboards targeting different topics, such as planning and monitoring of new clinical studies.

Redesign Sales Processes for Major Clients
Deutsche Telekom
Responsible UX Designer for redesigning complex sales processes for Telekom key accounts in close collaboration with end users and stakeholders. Developed a prototype and a streamlined design system.
Prior to this I was responsible UX Designer for the Telekom CRM, starting with a mobile contracts POC.

UX Design of the new CRM for mobile and landline customers of the company.
The app provides a comprehensive 360° view of each customer and offers direct access to the essential processes.
It’s used across shops, field services, and call centers.

UX Design and full concept of SciberLink - an internal “Social & News” portal for scientists to connect, share ideas and network around scientific topics. Personalized approach based on the variety of the different needs and interests.

Redesign Clinical Information System
Deutsche Telekom Healthcare
Redesign of the hospital information system iMedOne, which manages key processes in hospital operations, such as bed assignments and surgery planning.
During the redesign, we observed and reimagined workflows to ensure the software best supports the diverse needs of its users.

SAP Defense
UX Design of 11+ new Fiori Apps for the maintenance, preparation, and monitoring of aircraft (Air Force, Navy, Army). The concept was made in a co-creation setup with users and stakeholders on-site in Bonn and Büchel.

UX Design of Apps for cervical cancer screening in Kenia (award winner)
SAP
UX Concept of a cervical cancer screening system for countries with limited infrastructure, starting with a pilot project in Kenya. Gained several awards.
The system included various apps for different roles: a Recruiter App for entering patient data (tablet), a Nurse App for documenting exams and reading lab results, as well as apps for Lab Technicians and Doctors to analyze and validate samples.

UX Design Medical Research Insights
NCT Heidelberg & SAP
SAP Medical Research Insights enables doctors and researchers to securely analyze clinical data through visualizations, instantly identifying patterns and drawing conclusions.
The award-winning user experience gives instant access to clinical information from multiple sources in a unified interface.
The UX concept was developed in a co-creation project with the National Center for Tumor Diseases (NCT) in Heidelberg.

Dashboards and Fiori Apps providing a quick overview of operations across various ministries.
This was a co-creation project using Design Thinking methods with the top management of the overseeing ministry in Doha.
